Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

1 avocado, peeled and stoned
1 cup of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup of coconut water
1 cup of sugar free rice or almond milk
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon ground hemp or linseeds

Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender.
