Complete Breakfast Smoothie

This is a high protein, high carbohydrate, high calorie breakfast: packed full of fibre and antioxidants it’s perfect for anyone on-the-go all day

Serves 1

200ml of milk alternative such as hemp, almond or soya milk
20g jumbo oats
20g hemp protein powder
half a banana
150g mixed berries e.g. raspberries, blueberries
2 walnut halves
1 Brazil nut
1 tablespoon ground linseeds

Put all the ingredients into a liquidiser and blend
