The perfect post workout boost…….and it tastes amazing, who’d have thought?!
1 cup roasted sweet potato
1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
¼ teaspoon of each ground cloves, ground ginger and ground nutmeg
1 pitted date
Handful of ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth.
Tip: roast extra sweet potatoes when making other meals, blend them to a puree and then freeze in 1 cup portion sizes.
