Free From Muesli

300g gluten free oats
200g millet flakes
100g quinoa flakes
8 tablespoons sunflower seeds
6 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
5 tablespoons chia seeds
150g nuts (plain hazelnuts or almonds work well)
8 tablespoons desiccated coconut (optional)

So far as possible all ingredients should be organic.

  • Mix all the ingredients together and store in a glass container.
  • If you are taking part in The Cleanse then serve with an alternative milk such as rice or almond milk.
